By using ZunoPlay's website and facilities, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone accessing our services.
All bookings must be paid for at the time of reservation. Prices are as displayed on our website and may change — the price at the time of booking applies. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards.
Play sessions: full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the session. Late cancellations will receive a credit voucher. Party bookings: full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event. 50% refund for cancellations 48+ hours before. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
Parents or guardians must remain on the premises at all times and are fully responsible for their children's safety and behaviour. ZunoPlay staff are not a substitute for parental supervision. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave.
By entering the play areas, you confirm that all children in your party are in good health and free from contagious illnesses. Children who have been unwell with vomiting or diarrhoea must be symptom-free for 48 hours before visiting. Please inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies.
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, play involves inherent risk. ZunoPlay is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from normal play activity, provided we have fulfilled our duty of care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Personal photography of your own children is permitted. Commercial photography, filming, or any photography of other people's children without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. ZunoPlay may take promotional photos/videos — you will be asked to consent separately.
This website is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
