What Is Softplay?

A World of Soft Adventures

Our Softplay zone is a purpose-built, multi-level play structure packed with slides, ball pits, and climbing frames — all made from soft, cushioned materials. Every surface is padded, every corner is rounded, and every toy is sanitised daily.

Designed for ages 1–6, this is the perfect space for younger kids to build confidence, develop motor skills, and burn off energy in a clean, supervised environment.

Baby Zone

A calm, sensory space with soft foam shapes, a pastel ball pit, and fibre optic lights — perfect for the tiniest explorers.

Under 12 months

Toddler Zone

Soft foam rockers, gentle climbing, and a small play frame — a safe, padded space scaled just right for little ones.

1–3 years

Main Play Frame

A giant multi-level climbing frame with slides, a tube slide, and hanging ring swings — built for bigger kids to burn energy.

4–12 years

Sanitised Daily

All surfaces, balls, and toys are deep-cleaned and sanitised every single day.

Staff Supervision

Trained play staff monitor the zone at all times. Parents welcome to join in too.

Age-Separated Areas

Babies, toddlers, and older kids each have their own designated safe spaces.

Secure Entry

Gated entry system ensures no child can wander out unaccompanied.

Softplay Questions

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends and school holidays.

Outside food is not permitted in the softplay area, but our Zuno Cafe has plenty of healthy snacks and meals. Baby food and bottles are welcome.

Yes! Our Zuno Cafe overlooks the softplay area so you can enjoy a coffee while keeping an eye on the kids.

Standard sessions are 120 minutes. You can extend your play by purchasing an additional session on arrival.
