Safety Guidelines

At ZunoPlay, safety is our top priority. Here's how we keep every visit safe, clean, and fun.

How We Keep Kids Safe

Daily Sanitisation

All surfaces, equipment, balls, and toys are deep-cleaned and hospital-grade sanitised every single day. High-touch areas are wiped down throughout the day.

Socks-Only Softplay

Our softplay area is a socks-only zone. Shoes must be removed before entry. Free grip socks are provided for anyone who needs them.

Staff Supervision

Trained play staff monitor all areas at all times. Our team is approachable, vigilant, and always within reach. We maintain safe staff-to-child ratios.

Age-Separated Zones

Different age groups have designated play areas to ensure younger kids aren't overwhelmed and older kids have age-appropriate challenges.

Secure Entry & Exit

Our venue operates a secure gated entry system. Children cannot leave unaccompanied. Parents must sign children in and out.

CCTV Coverage

The entire venue is covered by CCTV for the safety of all visitors and staff. Footage is stored securely and accessed only when necessary.

What We Ask of You

Parental Supervision

Parents/guardians must remain on the premises at all times. You are responsible for your child's behaviour and wellbeing during your visit.

Hand Hygiene

Please encourage children to wash or sanitise their hands before entering the play areas and before eating. Sanitiser stations are located throughout.

No Food in Play Areas

Food and drink must be consumed in the Zuno Cafe area only. This helps keep play zones clean and hygienic, and reduces choking hazards.

Stay Home If Unwell

If your child has a fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, or any contagious illness, please keep them at home until they've been symptom-free for at least 48 hours.
